Your details. Clear boundaries.

This notice describes the current request-intake experience. Submitting a request does not book work or subscribe you to marketing.

What is recorded

We store your submitted name, contact information, address or service area, lawn requirements, notes and optional outline in our database. We also record consent time, notice version, intake source and a fingerprint used to check submission retries.

Workspace accounts

Creating an account stores your name, email, a hashed password and secure session records. Creating an account does not grant operator, contractor or partner access. Approved workspace users can only see explicitly assigned requests. Initial review changes record the actor, old and new status, reason and time in an audit history.

Assistants and integrations

The read-only MCP and status API accept the same private receipt key. Sharing it with an assistant allows that assistant to read that request’s limited status. It does not permit bookings, payments, quote approval or contact-detail access. Only share it with a client you trust.

Why it is used

Information is collected to review your enquiry and coordinate a response. Submission does not authorise payment, booking, promotional email or unrestricted sharing with partners. Any future contractor sharing must be limited to what the service requires.

Map providers

Typing at least five characters in the address field sends search text to the NSW Planning Portal address service, and to Photon and Nominatim (OpenStreetMap-based services) when no NSW match is found, to offer suggestions. Lot boundaries are looked up from NSW Spatial Services cadastre data (© Spatial Services NSW, CC BY 4.0) to place the map pin and limit the suggested yard; they are not a survey. Satellite imagery loads from Esri; street maps load from OpenStreetMap. These providers receive your IP address and requested map area. Smart grass estimates analyse visible image colours locally in your browser, not through an AI service. Only the outline you confirm and submit is stored. Estimates do not verify property boundaries or distinguish grass from all other vegetation. You may enter an address and continue without selecting a map.

Progressive web app

Airmow is a browser-based progressive web app, not a native iPhone app. Home-screen installation is optional. Its service worker caches only a generic offline screen, not account pages, request details, satellite images or address results. Requests are not queued for automatic offline submission.

Receipts and status

A downloadable receipt contains a full request ID and private key. Anyone holding both can see the limited request status. The key is hashed server-side and is not included in analytics or a URL. Keep it private. Older requests may not have this receipt.

Measurement and abuse protection

Conversion events contain stage and service-category information, not names, emails, addresses, notes or receipt keys. Short-lived hashed network buckets are used to limit repeated requests. Hosting providers may retain their own operational logs.

Retention and launch limitations

No automated retention schedule or guaranteed response window is currently established. Requests remain stored pending review. Legal business identity, retention policy and a direct support contact must be confirmed before a production service launch.

Correction, deletion and support

Use the review form below to record a correction, deletion or support enquiry. It does not automatically disclose, alter or delete information. Identity must be verified before processing. Include a short reference where available, but do not send private receipt keys, passwords or gate codes.
